Who exactly is this program for?This program is for women ~ 23-40+ years old who are tired of feeling stuck, lied to by the fitness industry, being burned by quick fixes, and are ready to finally build their most confident body.Who exactly will I be working with?You will work directly with me, Marcus. I will personally support you in crushing your transformation goals. I won't pass you off to some unqualified assistant coach who has no experience (as many other programs do).How do we communicate?Communication is everything. I want you to have full clarity and confidence in this process at all times. Making you feel 100% supported, encouraged, and guided is what makes this program so effective. We do this with quick weekly check-ins and full access to me via 1:1 messaging (text/audio/video). My goal is to coach you so well that you're confident af on your own and don't need me anymore (they told me my this was a bad business move lol).What is the investment?My coaching program has multiple pricing and support options available. We'll find the perfect program fit for you on your confidence call. 1:1 coaching is an investment but I hate for finances to be an obstacle so we'll always try to make it work for you.For perspective: training with me in-person costs $1600+ per month. So while online coaching is an investment, you can still get the same impressive results at a fraction of the cost of in-person coaching. WITH ultimate time and location flexibility (you don't need to meet me at the gym multiple times a week). This is one of the many reasons why online coaching has become so popular in the last few years.How do I pay?I accept easy credit/debit card payments through a safe and secure third party company called Square. You can pay upfront at a discount, or opt for an automated monthly payment plan.Do I need gym access to complete the workouts?I would recommend having access to a gym / well-stocked home gym so that you're able to get the results you deserve with serious training. Home workouts with minimal equipment are not nearly as effective (despite what some IG influencers tell you). If this is a problem let me know and we can talk through other options.Do we start right away once I sign up?We begin after you sign up. However, if you need to wait a week or two or three for whatever reason, that can usually be accommodated. There is no guarantee of future spots so I recommend signing up asap even if you do need to wait a few weeks to officially start.Do you take international clients?Yes, absolutely. I have worked with clients from America to Japan. Australia to Europe. Etc.Are there meal plans/how does the nutrition work?Typically I don't do meal plans (unless it is the best option for a specific client). Most diets, meal plans, etc. are temporary quick fixes.We use a better strategy. My nutrition coaching cuts through the fluff to key nutrition habits/principles/strategies needed to get you real results that last. Controlling calories, fueling your body well, staying satisfied, planning ahead, etc. This allows you to have your own enjoyable eating style which will actually stick.How does the training work?You tell me your goals. I sit down and build you perfectly optimized workout programming that will get you your dream results as efficiently, effectively, and enjoyably as possible. My degree is in exercise science, so I love this stuff. I cater everything to you and your goals. Your workouts will be an hour or less - 45-60 ish minutes as needed. Your workout split will be 3-5 times per week depending on your goals, schedule, and preference.Do you have an app?Yes, my 1:1 clients have access to my private coaching app. Lots of cool features inside. You can see form videos, track your progress easily for progressive overload, daily action checklist, etc. It streamlines the coaching process and makes everything easier for you.Do you work with only women?I still work with both women and men. When I started out as an online coach years ago, many of my initial clients were women. As I shared my client success stories and my content and methods spread, my clientele quickly became predominantly women.
